Happy Birthday, Jay-Z! Hova turns 43 today, and the hip-hop mogul has plenty to celebrate.
In the past year, Jay's welcomed his first child, Blue Ivy Carter, partnered up with pal Kanye West for an epic Watch The Throne tour and personally christened the opening of Brooklyn's Barclay's Center -- the new official home court of the Brooklyn Nets, in which he owns a minority stake. He also saw wife-of-five-years Beyonce get crowned People magazine's "Most Beautiful Woman" of 2012 in the spring and cemented their status as hip-hop's royal couple when they raised $4 million for President Obama's re-election campaign at the Jay-Z-owned club, 40/40, in the fall. Whew.
