- BS Electrical Engineering with 5+ years designing analog or mixed signal circuits;
- OR Masters EE with thesis and 2 years designing analog or mixed signal circuits
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Must be able to work on site at SRI office in Princeton, NJ
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Desired experience:
- Breadth of analog design knowledge is essential as part designs cover a wide range of product types
- Designing with (5V to 40V) Bipolar, BiCMOS, and CMOS processes
- Designing Amplifiers, Comparators, and/or Regulators
- Performing design verification
- Interfacing with layout, test, and process engineers
- Demonstrated analytical and systematic teamwork approach to troubleshooting
Ideal experience:
- Switch capacitor, Phased locked loop (PLL) and/or Pulse width modulation (PWM) controller design experience
- Knowledge of HDL (Verilog or VHDL) design & synthesis
- Scripting languages such as Perl, Python or TCL
The salary range is: $89,910-$119,113. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
