Your Role: Define, Deliver, and Optimize Leading business transformation through effective systems solutions. - Business Insight & Alignment: Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals, identify challenges, and develop system strategies that align with organizational priorities.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions through process mapping, automation, and data integration.
- Project Leadership: Lead critical initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring quality, alignment, and efficiency throughout each phase of execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor organizational and operational measures to track success, identify areas for improvement, and present findings that drive informed decisions.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with IT and business teams, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to build cohesive, high-performing teams.
What You Bring to the Team A strategic mindset backed by deep technical understanding and proven leadership. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Logistics, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business systems product management, including process mapping, solution design, and project delivery. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of database-driven applications, SQL, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Business Objects.
- Experience with Agile SDLC methodology and full-cycle system implementations.
- Advanced analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, including fit/gap analysis and test plan design.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Excel with PowerPivot, Word, and Outlook.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, and a commitment to delivering results through collaboration and innovation.

Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time. Zone 1: $160,000 - $180,000
This job is also eligible for participation in an Incentive Plan with a target payout based on eligible compensation and corporate/individual performance goal attainment.
Annual Incentive Opportunity: 10% of eligible compensation
