Asa Tier 2 System Administrator, the workyoulldo at GDIT will be impactful to the customers mission.
Provide technical support byidentifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issuesin a timely manner.
Document solutions, processes, and known issuesfor efficient troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineers or externalentitiesfor advanced issue resolution.
Participate in after-hours or on-call support asrequired.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technologyexpertiseand drive for innovation to GDIT. The Tier 2System Administratormust have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relatedfield.Experience may be substituted for education.
Minimum of3years of experience inIT support or system administration roles.
Familiarity with enterprise-level troubleshooting tools and technologies.
Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
